Terms & Service for Automation Campaigns Creator Plan
1. Introduction
Welcome to Fruition RevOps! These Terms & Services (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the automation campaign creator plans available on our website Automation Campaign Creator and any other pages on Fruition-RevOps Sitee or any affiliate or subsidiary.
By purchasing or using any of these plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Plan Descriptions
Fruition RevOps offers three types of plans:
Buy the Blueprint
A detailed plan and guide for creating automation campaigns.
Buy the Self-Service Kit - DIY
A do-it-yourself kit including all necessary tools and instructions to create automation campaigns.
We Will Do It For You - DIFY
Our team will create and implement the automation campaigns for you.
3. Purchasing Plans
All purchases must be made through our Site. Payment must be completed before access to any purchased plan is granted. Prices for plans are listed on our Site and are subject to change without notice.
4. Use of Services
Online Access
All services are delivered online. You will receive digital access to materials, tools, and resources relevant to your purchased plan.
License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials and tools provided. You may not resell, distribute, or share access to the purchased plan with others.
5. Access Period for Content
The content provided with each plan will be available to you for a specific period as defined below. After this period, you will no longer have access to the materials:
- For the Blueprint plan, content access is available for 45 days.
- For the Self-Service Kit – DIY plan, content access is available for 75 days.
- For the We Will Do It For You – DIFY plan, content access is available for 60 days after launching the campaign.
You will not be able to download or retain any copies of the content. Ensure you utilize all materials within the specified access period, as access will be revoked once the period ends.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the plan. To request a refund, please contact our support team.
Cancellation Policy
For the DIFY plan, you may cancel the plan after the first kickoff meeting and receive a 90% refund. If you decide to proceed with the plan after the kickoff meeting, no refund will be available.
7. No Guarantee of Success
While our automation campaign creator plans are designed based on 15 years of experience and a proven track record, we cannot guarantee success. The nature of the work involves many external factors beyond our control, and we do not guarantee any engagements, deals, or business outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the plans, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Fruition RevOps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or duplication of any materials is strictly prohibited.
No Downloads
You are not allowed to download any video walkthroughs or materials shared with you, even if sent via email.
Individual Use
If you purchase as an individual, the content is for your use only and may not be shared with anyone else.
Company Use
If a company purchases the content, it may be used only by the company's team for its specific purpose and domain, and not by any sub-companies, groups, or colleagues outside the purchasing company.
9. Confidentiality
You agree to keep all information and materials provided in the plans confidential. You may not disclose any proprietary or confidential information to third parties without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fruition RevOps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of the plans. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the purchase or use of the plans shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific plan.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
All plans and services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Fruition RevOps does not warrant that the services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, USA.
13. Changes to Terms
Fruition RevOps reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our Site, and your continued use of the services after such changes have been posted constitutes your agreement to the modified Terms.
14. Use by Agencies, Organizations with Subsidiaries, and Franchisors
THE LICENSE TO USE AND IMPLEMENT THE BLUEPRINT AND OTHER MATERIALS PROVIDED BY FRUITION REVOPS IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO A SINGLE DOMAIN OR COMPANY.
This license does not extend to subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, agencies, parent companies, holding companies, or franchisors. Each license is valid only for the purchasing company and may not be used across multiple domains or organizational units.
If your organization requires multiple licenses for subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, partners, agencies, holding companies, or franchise locations, please contact our team at [email protected] to discuss your needs and arrange for additional licenses. Unauthorized use of the materials in multiple domains or by affiliated entities without proper licensing will be considered a breach of our Terms & Services.
